Conte Marco is a newly built, ground-floor home situated in the peaceful village of Spileo, Corfu. It offers a quiet location surrounded by nature, yet it is just 1.4 km away from the beach and the lively town of Messonghi.

Inside the Home The house covers 90 m², offering plenty of space for families or groups of friends. The main area features a comfortable living room with a sofa (which converts into a bed), a dining table, and a flat-screen TV. Next to it, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals: a large oven, stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and a coffee machine.

Bedrooms & Bathroom There are two bedrooms, designed to offer a good night’s sleep. The modern bathroom comes with a shower, fresh towels, and a hairdryer. For your convenience, especially during longer stays, the house also includes a washing machine and an iron.

Comfort & Amenities To ensure a comfortable stay, the house is fully air-conditioned (heating is also available) and offers fast, free WiFi throughout the property.

Outdoor Space & Parking Outside, you can relax on the private balcony or the sun terrace, surrounded by olive groves and a garden. It is the perfect spot to enjoy the view of the village, the hills, and a glimpse of the sea. Free private parking is available on-site, so you don’t have to worry about your vehicle.
